• AI conversational data (HueBot): messages you exchange with our creative AI assistant and conversation reflection logs stored locally or within your secure account.
• Community content: posts, replies, and encouragement you choose to share in the community forum.
• App activity & progress: custom daily task completions, lifestyle milestones, hydration trackers, and app UI preferences.

HealingHues implements industry-standard data protection methods. Information in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Secure database data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) with industry-standard encryption and security rules. Local preferences are secured within the application's private sandbox on your device. We use secure authentication systems and Play Integrity to maintain app security.

HealingHues works with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure tools strictly to deliver core app features. These services handle data in accordance with their respective security policies:

• Google Firebase — User authentication, secure database hosting (Firestore), asset storage, push notifications, basic diagnostic analytics, and Play Integrity security checks.
• Google Gemini AI — Generates lifestyle layout planning, creative writing prompts, and automated food item suggestions (only when you interact with these optional features).
• Google Dialogflow CX — Manages the conversational dialogue flow for our assistant, HueBot.
• Razorpay — Secure payment processing for optional digital resources, subscription passes, or premium booking templates. Card and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we do not store full payment details on our servers.

We do not distribute or sell your information to third-party brokers, marketing organizations, or tracking networks.

HealingHues is a self-guided lifestyle journal, daily reflection planner, and routine organizer app. It does NOT perform clinical diagnostics, prescribe treatment plans, monitor clinical health indices, provide clinical care, or substitute for professional medical consultations, clinical advice, or licensed therapy. HueBot is a creative conversational assistant for lifestyle layout organization and general journal reflections; it does not provide health feedback or medical suggestions. 👶 Children's Privacy

HealingHues is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal identifiers from individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that account data has been registered by a child under 13 without appropriate parental guidance, we will securely delete the data from our live systems.

⏳ Retention and Rights

We preserve your preferences as long as your registered account is active. You have full ownership of your data and may request details, edits, or permanent deletion of your profile history at any time. You can request profile removal or delete your account directly through the app settings or by writing to our developer.
